ABOUT

Known for their dashing good looks, neatly-pressed vests, and perennial status as Hopkins’s “best-smelling” student group, the AllNighters have been crooning across the Mid-Atlantic since their inception in 1992. For the past 30 years, we have regularly performed at gigs both on and off campus, for a variety of audiences (such as alumni of JHU, governors and world leaders, and even in the White House). We love making music and having fun while doing it! The AllNighters have made five appearances in the International Collegiate Championship of A Cappella (ICCA) Semifinals, and an appearance in the Finals round in New York City.

In December 2015, the AllNighters released our first EP, "Night Shift" with Liquid 5th Productions. Single "Miracle" was rated 5/5 by Recorded A Cappella Review Board (RARB), and 5th track "Break Free" received a Contemporary A Cappella Recording Award (CARA) nomination in the "Best Male Collegiate Arrangement” category. In January 2021, our track “The Only Thing” from recent album Spacewalk was chosen as one of 18 songs to be featured in Varsity Vocals’ annual Best of College A Cappella album. Beyond competitions and awards, the AllNighters take the greatest pride in the energy and excitement we bring to stage.
